Monica advises on contentious commercial matters in various levels of the NSW Courts. She acts for clients in contract disputes, debt recovery, professional indemnity/negligence, shareholders disputes, as well as disputes arising from trust arrangements.
Monica advises both employers and employees on employment arrangements. She is familiar with the Fair Work Commission and the general law division of the Federal Circuit Court.
Monica also has broad experience with the Family Court of Australia, including both parenting and property matters.
